The regular monthly meeting of the Concord Town Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Ted Mueller.  Chairman Mueller lead the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was conducted with Chairman Mueller, Supervisor Kim Herro, Supervisor Kim Miller, Treasurer Jim Zastrow, and Clerk Brian Neumann present.

Supervisor Kim Miller was absent. Also present were Treasurer Jim Zastrow and Deputy Clerk Ethan Neumann. Clerk Brian Neumann recorded the minutes.

The book closing meeting of the Concord Town Board was held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Concord Community Center. Chairman Ted Mueller called the meeting to order, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chairman Mueller. Roll call confirmed the presence of Chairman Ted Mueller, Supervisors Kim Miller and Kim Herro, Treasurer Jim Zastrow, and Clerk Brian Neumann. Clerk Neumann certified compliance with the Open Meeting Law.

The special budget hearing of the Concord Town Board was held on November 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Concord Community Center. Chairman Ted Mueller called the meeting to order, and the assembly recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Seven voting residents were present.

Clerk Brian Neumann certified that the meeting complied with the Open Meeting Law. A motion was made by Kim Herro and seconded by Dale Konle to approve the agenda, and the motion carried.

A special meeting of the Concord Town Board was held at the Concord Community Center on November 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Chairman Ted Mueller called the meeting to order. Present were Chairman Ted Mueller and Supervisors Kim Miller and Kim Herro. The purpose of the meeting was to hold general discussions regarding the Boathouse Lawsuit. After discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 4:09 PM.
