The special meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Ted Mueller, Chairman, with Kim Herro, Lloyd Zastrow, Jim Zastrow and Brian Neumann present.

Brian Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded Kim Herro by to accept the agenda as presented.

The board reviewed the bids from the Corral ($11,795) and Midstate Equipment ($15,000).

There was a motion by Kim Herro and seconded by Ted Mueller to accept the bid from the Corral for $11,795.     Affirmative: TM, KH, LZ             Opposed: None           Motion Carried

There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Ted Mueller to raise DuWayne Hunt’s salary to $35/hr starting January 1, 2025.     Affirmative: TM, KH, LZ            Opposed: None           Motion Carried

There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro to hire Ed Schildbach to the highway crew to help with brushing with a salary of $30/hr.     Affirmative: TM, KH, LZ       Opposed: None           Motion Carried
