ATVs and UTVs on Town Roads

Concord now allows ATVs and UTVs to use roads marked for ATV/UTV use. A few things to note:

• ATV/UTV drivers must have a driver's license.
• The maximum speed limit is 35 mph.
• ATVs/UTVs may only use the roads from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
