The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Ted Mueller, Chairman, with Kim Herro, Kim Miller, Jim Zastrow and Brian Neumann present. Ted led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Brian Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Kim Herro and seconded by Kim Miller to accept the agenda as presented.   Affirmative: TM, KH, KM     Opposed: None     Motion Carried

 

Brian Neumann read the minutes from the April Board Meeting.  There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro to accept the minutes as read.     Affirmative: TM, KH, KM       Opposed: None        Motion Carried

 

There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro to approve the request of Louis & Ellen White for a conditional use permit to allow for a kennel in an A-1 zone for personal dogs at residence located at N7298 County Road F, parcel 006-0716-0311-002       Affirmative: TM, KH, KM            Opposed: None

Jim Zastrow presented his written report that stated there is a balance of $10,926.45 in the General Fund, $168,321.30 in the Money Market Account, $2,515.97 in the Equipment Fund, and $125,392.44 in the Highway Reserve. 

 

There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read.     Affirmative: TM, KH, KM                Opposed: None  Motion Carried 

 

There was a motion by Kim Herro and seconded by Ted Mueller to pay the bills presented.

DuWayne Hunt, highway foreman, gave verbal report to the board. 

 

There was a motion made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller to approve the operators license for Savannah Serdynski.    Affirmative: TM, KH, KM         Opposed: None           Motion Carried

 

There was a motion made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller to hold the community center rental rates flat.    Affirmative: TM, KH, KM                Opposed: None           Motion Carried

 

The Board selected June 2nd at 9 AM to perform the annual mobile home park inspection.

 

There was general discussion around Ordinance 9.09 violations. The board decided to try and find a lawyer that we should work with. 

 

With no further business, a motion was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro to adjourn.
