The regular monthly meeting of the Concord Town Board was held on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Concord Community Center.

Chairman Ted Mueller called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Ted Mueller (Chairman), Kim Miller (Supervisor), Jim Zastrow (Treasurer), and Brian Neumann (Clerk). Supervisor Kim Herro was excused.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chairman Ted Mueller. Clerk Brian Neumann certified compliance with the Open Meeting Law.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller. The motion carried.

There were no representatives present from the Fire Department, Sheriff’s Department, or County Supervisor’s office.

The minutes of the previous board meeting were read by Clerk Brian Neumann. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller. The motion carried.

Treasurer Jim Zastrow presented the financial report: General Fund - $19,166.70, Money Market - $202,244.84, Equipment Fund - $2,519.14, and Reserve Fund - $126,592.31. A motion to approve the report was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller. The motion carried.

The payment of bills was presented by Clerk Brian Neumann. A motion to approve the bills was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller. The motion carried.

Ted Mueller provided a verbal report on highway operations.

Under old business, the board discussed properties in violation of Town of Concord Ordinance 9.09, reviewed the 2026 fire contracts, and discussed the Boat House claim against the town.

In new business, the board approved the Concord Inn Street Dance scheduled for September 27. A motion to approve was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller. The motion carried.

The board also approved the 2026–2028 Assessor’s Contract with the current provider, Catalis. A motion to approve was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller. The motion carried.

A motion to move the October board meeting to Tuesday, October 14 was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller. The motion carried.

Roxanne Butler presented a $1,000 donation from the Historical Society to help cover the cost of basement flood repairs at the Old Town Hall. 

Jon Kohklmetz announced that The Concord Inn raised $6,158 for new holiday lights.

With a motion made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Miller the meeting was adjourned. The next board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
