The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Dale Konle Chairman with Bill Ingersoll, Lloyd Zastrow, Jim Zastrow and Karen Zastrow present. Dale led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Karen Zastrow, Deputy Clerk, certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to accept the agenda as presented. Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ Opposed: None Motion Carried

There was a motion made by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to approve the John Walsh, N6112 Grey Fox Trail, request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 30’ x 30’ x 13’ high addition to an existing outbuilding for personal use only. Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ Opposed: None Motion Carried
There was a motion made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to approve the Craig Kuehl, Signs-R-Us LLC, request for a variance to replace an existing billboard at W945 County Rd B. The new billboard would overhang county owned land at 40-45 feet above ground level. Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ Opposed: None Motion Carried
Jim Zastrow stated from his written report that there is a balance of $3,774.28 in the General Fund, $120,417.32 in the Money Market Account, $16,460.90 in the Equipment Fund and $12,481.34 in the Highway Reserve. There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the Treasurer’s report as read. Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ Opposed: None Motion Carried

Dale presented a slide show on Highway Department hours.
There was a motion by Dale Konle and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to place two no parking between signs between sidewalk and driveway out front of the W1232 Concord Center Drive residence. Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ Opposed: None Motion Carried
There was a motion by Dale Konle and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to approve the liquor license, operators licenses, and tobacco licenses presented by Karen Zastrow. Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ Opposed: None Motion Carried
