The special meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Ted Mueller, Chairman, with Lloyd Zastrow, Kim Herro, Brian Neumann and Jim Zastrow present.

There was general discussion around communication styles and preferences for everyone. The board agreed that email is the best way to ensure that all people on the board receive the same communication. The board decided that if anyone is out of town, they will contact the entire board with an email. If our chairman is out of town, he will also include Dwayne, our highway foreman.

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Kim Herro and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow.  Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH        Opposed: None           Motion Carried
