The special meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order at 6:32 PM by chairman Ted Mueller with Lloyd Zastrow, Kim Herro and Brian Neumann present.

After general discussion on the West River Road Bridge Aid proposal by the state, a motion was made by Kim Herro and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the proposal.       Affirmative: TM, KH, LZ              Opposed: None                    Motion Carried

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Kim Herro and seconded by Ted Mueller. Affirmative: TM, KH, LZ        Opposed: None           Motion Carried
