The special budget hearing of the Concord Town Board was held on November 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Concord Community Center. Chairman Ted Mueller called the meeting to order, and the assembly recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Seven voting residents were present.
Clerk Brian Neumann certified that the meeting complied with the Open Meeting Law. A motion was made by Kim Herro and seconded by Dale Konle to approve the agenda, and the motion carried.
Treasurer Zastrow presented the income portion of the proposed 2025 budget, while Clerk Neumann reviewed the expenditure portion. Following the review, a motion was made by Dale Konle and seconded by Kim Herro to adopt a mill rate of 0.001261575, resulting in $397,663 in tax revenue for the Town. The motion carried.
A motion to adjourn was made by Kim Miller and seconded by Kim Herro. The motion carried, and the meeting was adjourned.
