The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Ted Mueller, Chairman, with Kim Herro, Lloyd Zastrow, Jim Zastrow and Ethan Neumann (Deputy Clerk) present. Ted led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Ethan Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Kim Herro to accept the agenda as presented.

There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to approve the variance request by the Concord Inn (Jon Kohlmetz), W1240 Concord Center Dr. (pin 006-0716-1532-006), to allow for an addition to an existing non-conforming structure located in the road right-of-way and for a reduced side yard setback. Jim Zastrow read from his written report that there is a balance of $5,797.54 in the General Fund, $178,790.29 in the Money Market Account, $35,403.17 in the Equipment Fund, and $120,967.92 in the Highway Reserve. DuWayne Hunt, Highway Foreman, gave the board a verbal report. Highlights from the report included the highway team cleaning the shop, painting in the Community Center and continues to brush.
Mark Grosse, County Supervisor, gave a verbal update to the board. Highlights: new fair park director/coordinators, hwy brushing.
The bid to purchase/replace tress from the tornado damage and ash bore damage were $400/tree to include transportation. There were 10 commitments made by the audience. The Town is asking the individuals write a check to the town for these donations. We will get a written receipt and a thank you letter upon these donations.
