Dale Konle called the Open Bid meeting to order with Dale Konle, Bill Ingersoll and Lloyd Zastrow present.  Wolf Paving submitted a bid of $60.50 per ton.

There was a motion made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the bid submitted by Wolf Paving.  Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ             Opposed: None        Motion Carried

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Dale Konle.   Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ             Opposed: None        Motion Carried
