TOWN OF CONCORD PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES

February 25, 2026

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. with Plan Commission members Sally Williams, Dave Wegner, and Tony Metzger present. Dale Konle and Duwayne were absent. 

Sally Williams stated that the meeting had been properly posted.

Tony Metzger made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 19, 2025 meeting, second by Sally Williams. All approved. Motion passed. 

Item 1: Dalton Kramer requested review and approval of a preliminary CSM to rezone 2.0-acres from A-1 to A-3 to create two 1-acre residential lots at N6580 Highmound Rd. parcel# 006-0716-0843-000. The current proposal has the 2 lots placed at the intersection of Church St. and Highmound Rd. The commission requested that Mr. Kramer move the lots so they are not right on the intersection. Several possibilities were discussed. The commission also recommended that if Mr. Kramer wants to da farm consolidation, he could do so now in conjunction with the lot splits. Sally Williams made a motion to table the request to the March meeting, second by Tony Metzger. All approved. Motion passed.

Old Business: There was brief discussion about pursuing plans for preemptive development along the Concord/ Oconomowoc border. This idea will be brought up at the next Town Board meeting to see if they are interested in pursuing this.

The next meeting will be moved from Wednesday, March 25 to Tuesday, March 24.
