TOWN OF CONCORD PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES

August 26, 2026

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. with Plan Commission members Sally Williams, Dave Wegner, Dale Konle, and Tony Metzger present. DuWayne Hunt was absent. 

Sally Williams stated that the meeting had been properly posted.

Dale Konle made a motion to approve the minutes from the July 22, 2026 meeting, second by Tony Metzger. All approved. Motion passed.

Item 1: Review amended request by Dalton Kramer to create (2) 1.0-acre A-3 lots at N6580 Highmound Rd. parcel# 006-0716-0843-000. (2) 1-acre lots had been approved in March by the town and subsequently were approved by the county. The south lot did not perc and Mr. Kramer submitted an amended preliminary CSM to move the south lot to the north. Sally Williams made a motion to recommend approval of the amended preliminary CSM, second by Tony Metzger, all approved. Motion passed.

Tony Metzger made a motion to adjourn. Second by Dale Konle, Meeting adjourned at 7:12 pm.
