The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. with Lloyd Zastrow, Jim Gilbert, Sally Williams, Carole Hoffmeister, and Laura Callison present.

The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Sally Williams stated that the meeting had been properly posted.

Laura Callison made a motion to approve the minutes from the April 25, 2018 meeting, second by Jim Gilbert. All approved. Motion passed.

Item 1: Dave Staude, represented by Tom Stade, requested review and approval of a proposal to create a 3 acre A-3 farm consolidation lot from a 67 acre A-1 parent parcel on the corner of Woody Lane Dr. and North Side Dr. parcel # 006-0716-0412-000. Sally Williams made a motion to recommend approval of the farm consolidation as presented. Second by Jim Gilbert. All approved. Motion passed.

Item 2: Joshua Speigelhoff, W147 County Road B, requested approval of a variance to build an addition to a non-conforming structure at less than required setback. The house on the property is inside the required 110’ setback with the front of the house being 48’ and the back of the house being 105’ from the centerline of County Road B. The Speigelhoff’s would like to build an attached 30’ x 40’ garage. The garage would be in excess of 50% of the foundation footprint and at less than the required highway setback of 110’ from the centerline. The garage’s closest aspect to the road centerline would be approximately 75’.  Jim Gilbert made a motion to recommend approval of the variance as presented. Second by Carole Hoffmeister. All approved. Motion passed.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
