The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. with Plan Commission members Jim Gilbert, Sally Williams, Lloyd Zastrow, Kim Miller, and Kim Herro present. Town Chair Dale Konle was also present.

The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Sally Williams stated that the meeting had been properly posted.

Kim Miller made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 23, 2022 meeting, second by Jim Gilbert. All approved. Motion passed.

Matthew and Keara Harris requested a variance to build a new garage and to rebuild a single-family home on the existing foundation at W1198 Concord Center Dr. pin #006-0716-1532-003. The buildings do not meet the required road and side yard setbacks. The home will be built on the existing foundation which is approximately 40’ from the road centerline and 9’ from the side lot line. (required set back is 85’from the centerline and 10’ from the side lot line). The garage will be built over an existing cement slab but will be larger than the slab. It will be approximately 50’ from the road centerline. Requested buildings are in keeping with other buildings on this section of Concord Center Dr. The lots are small and many buildings do not meet the required setback. Jim Gilbert made a motion to recommend approval of the variance for both the garage and the house to allow buildings to be closer than the required road and side yard setbacks. Second by Kim Herro. All approved, Motion passed.

With no further business, Jim Gilbert made a motion to adjourn, second by Kim Miller. Meeting adjourned.
