The special meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Dale Konle, Chairman, with Bill Ingersoll present.

The meeting had been properly posted.

A resolution was approved and a waiver signed to release Mary Beth Peranteau from potential conflict of interest with the Town of Concord when representing a citizen group.

Lloyd Zastrow was not present at the meeting due to recovering from a recent surgery. He signed the release at his home.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
