The special monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Ted Mueller, Chairman, with Lloyd Zastrow, Kim Herro and Brian Neumann present. Ted led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Brian Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted.

There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Kim Herro to approve the request by John Kohlmetz to host a street dance on October 14th from 1-5 PM.        Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH       Opposed: None         Motion Carried

After some general discussion about the bid responses from the 6 vendors, the Town Board independently rated each vendor on a ranking of 1-6. The rankings were then combined for a weighted average of all 6 vendors. The results were as follows:

               Ayres - 2 - 1 - 1 - 1.333

               EMCS - 5 - 2 - 5 - 4

               Jewell - 6 - 6 - 6 - 6

               MSA - 4 - 4 - 3 - 3.667

               SEH - 1 - 3 - 2 - 2

               SRF - 3 - 5 - 4 - 4

There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Kim Herro to select Ayres for the Morgan Road Bridge Aid Application and Design if awarded.    Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH   Opposed: None         Motion Carried

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro.  Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH        Opposed: None           Motion Carried
