The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Ted Mueller, Chairman, with Lloyd Zastrow, Kim Herro, Jim Zastrow and Brian Neumann present. Ted led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Brian Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Kim Herro to accept the agenda as presented.      Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH        Opposed: None           Motion Carried

Brian Neumann read the minutes from the August Board Meeting.  There was a motion by Kim Herro and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the minutes.          Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH Opposed: None   Motion Carried

Jim Zastrow read from his written report that there is a balance of $2,139.37 in the General Fund, $229,309.26 in the Money Market Account, $20,581.80 in the Equipment Fund, and $15,965.88 in the Highway Reserve. There was a motion by Kim Herro and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read.     Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH        Opposed: None           Motion Carried

There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro to pay the bills presented.                Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH            Opposed: None       Motion Carried

There was a motion made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Kim Herro to approve the bid from Herr Directional Drilling to b ring water from the Old Town Hall to the park using ARPA funds.    Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH        Opposed: None       Motion Carried

There was a motion made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to contract a crack filling service for Pioneer Road south of Bakertown Road with a cost not to exceed $15,000.       Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH                Opposed: None       Motion Carried

There was a motion made by Ted Mueller and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to approve the Tax Receipting & Pet Licensing Software Proposal from Jefferson County       Affirmative: TM, LZ, KH       Opposed: None       Motion Carried

Chief Bowen from the Western Lakes Fire Department provide his written report.

The Board Set Oct 26th at 7 PM for the Budget Planning Meeting.
