After some general discussion, the board has asked that we post all requested roads that the community would like to have signed for possible ATV/UTV vehicles placed on the November agenda for a vote.

Tony Milbrath from the Helenville Fire Department addressed the board. Rome, Sullivan and Helenville are looking to merge. This will help residents of all the districts served to have the best possible service and response times at the best optimized price. The Board of Concord is in support of the districts continuing to talk and look forward to a possible proposal coming their way.

Reminder, Monday, October 21st at 6:30 PM is the budget planning meeting and Monday, November 11th as the budget hearing meeting at 6:30 PM prior to the monthly board meeting.

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Bill Ingersoll.  Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF          Opposed: None        Motion Carried

Respectfully submitted, Brian Neumann, Clerk
