The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Dale Konle, Chairman, with Lloyd Zastrow, Bill Ingersoll, Brian Neumann and Jim Zastrow present. Dale led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Brian Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to accept the agenda as presented.        Affirmative: DK, LZ, BI          Opposed: None           Motion Carried

Brian Neumann read the minutes from the regular February Board meeting.  There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the minutes as read.      Affirmative: DK, LZ, BI         Opposed: None            Motion Carried

Jim Zastrow read from his written report that there is a balance of $5,400.80 in the General Fund, $173,741.55 in the Money Market Account, $20,446.69 in the Equipment Fund, and $15,861.07 in the Highway Reserve. There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read.     Affirmative: DK, LZ, BI          Opposed: None           Motion Carried

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle to pay the bills presented by Brian Neumann, Clerk.   Affirmative: DK, LZ, BI    Opposed: None           Motion Carried

There was discussion the Kevin Meyer request to cover tire damages and towing from an incident on Willow Glen. Kevin hit a pothole that caused a flat tire on his vehicle. Brian Neumann reached out to Rural Mutual our insurance carrier who denied the claim. Rural Mutual said after their investigation the Town of Concord is not liable for the insurance. Brian is reaching out to Kevin for payment confirmation.

The Town Board discussed a quote for the Board Room electrical work to connect the new HVAC unit. The board decided to get two more bids before a decision was made on the $7,350 bid from United Electric. If the board is able to get two more bids, they will call a special meeting to move forward before April’s monthly meeting.

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle to hire Nate Leis at $18/hr for CC Janitor and $25/hr.   Affirmative: DK, LZ, BI Opposed: None           Motion Carried

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Dale Konle and seconded by Bill Ingersoll.  Affirmative: DK, LZ, BI          Opposed: None           Motion Carried
