The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Dale Konle, Chairman, with Lloyd Zastrow and Jim Zastrow present, and Kimberly Miller filling in as deputy clerk. Dale led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Kim Miller certified that the meeting had been properly posted by Brian Neumann. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Dale Konle to accept the agenda as presented.           Affirmative: DK, LZ               Opposed: None           Motion Carried

Kimberly Miller read the minutes from the October 31 special meeting, the regular December Board meeting, the annual book closing meeting, and the January 5 inspection of nomination papers. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Dale Konle to accept the minutes as read.           Affirmative: DK, LZ               Opposed: None            Motion Carried

Jim Zastrow read from his written December 2022 Reconciliation Report that there is a balance of $3,883.92 in the General Fund, $76,132.39 in the Money Market Account, $20,417.73 in the Equipment Fund, and $15,838.61 in the Highway Reserve. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Dale Konle to accept the Treasurer’s Report as read.      Affirmative: DK, LZ                Opposed: None           Motion Carried

Two bids for office floor replacement were reviewed, and the decision was postponed until the next meeting.

Dale Konle introduced Tracy Murn as an attorney whom the Town can consult when issues come up.
