The 2022 Book Closing meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Dale Konle, Chairman, with Bill Ingersoll and Brian Neumann present. Dale led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Brian Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle to accept the agenda with adding the Watertown Humane Society contract to the agenda since it was old business from the December 12th meeting.              Affirmative: DK, BI                  Opposed: None           Motion Carried

Brian Neumann reviewed the 2022 Budget to Actual report. The Towns expense and revenues came in as expected with the addition of the approved ARPA fund spending for the 10-year plan renewal, the CC roof repair as well as the new truck.

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle to pay the bills as presented.            Affirmative: DK, BI                Opposed: None           Motion Carried

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle to approve Watertown Humane Society contract.    Affirmative: DK, BI                       Opposed: None           Motion Carried

There was a motion by Dale Konle and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to pay Jon Kohlmetz $300 for his help in broker the purchase of our used truck.    Affirmative: DK, BI                        Opposed: None           Motion Carried

The board set Thursday, January 5th as the date we would review the 2023 nomination papers as well as draw names to set the order or candidates on our ballot for April 4th, 2023.

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle.     Affirmative: DK, BI                Opposed: None           Motion Carried
