A special meeting of the Town of Concord board was called to order by Dale Konle, Chairman, with Bill Ingersoll, Lloyd Zastrow present.

Dale Konle certified that the meeting had been properly posted.

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle to purchase Three (3) Blueridge BPRPGE1424-054EP-2 heating and air conditioning units at a cost of $2790.00 each or a total of $8370.00. The bid also included a $461.73 sales taxes which should not apply because of the town’s tax free status.

These three units are to provide heating and air conditioning for three of the community center class rooms.

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle.
