Minutes from the December 30th Board Book Closing Meeting.

Town of Concord                                                                                                         December 30th, 2015

The 2015 book close meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Chairman Bill Ingersoll with Lloyd Zastrow, Ted Mueller, Jim Zastrow and Brian Neumann present.  Bill led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Brian Neumann, Clerk, certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the agenda with the addition of a discussion on the John Kane condition use permit.  Affirmative: BI, LZ, TM      Opposed: None      Motion Carried

Jim Zastrow, Treasurer, stated in his preliminary report that there is a balance of $125.10 in the General Fund, $210,416.03 in the Money Market Account and $12,144.56 in the Equipment Fund CD.  There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Ted Mueller to accept the Treasurer’s report as read.  Affirmative: BI, LZ, TM        Opposed: None        Motion Carried

There was a motion by Ted Mueller and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to pay the bills as presented. Affirmative: BI, LZ, TM          Opposed: None        Motion Carried

A motion was made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept Tom Williams, Kim Miller, Mileene Wagner, Dale Konle, Dorothy Wergin, Jean Moldenhauer, Jane Ingersoll and Bev Wieseman as poll works for 2015-2016. Affirmative: BI, LZ, TM       Opposed: None       Motion Carried

There was general discussion on John Kane’s conditional use permit and the improvements he is making to his property. A decision was made to send a letter on behalf of the board in favor of John Kane as he is not doing anything wrong.

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Ted Mueller. Affirmative: BI, LZ, TM          Opposed: None        Motion Carried
