Received a water bill for usage of 13,065 gallons! 2 people live at this residence and the usage the month before and after were supposedly recorded at 4,000 gallons sent an email stated how impossible this is being that one, only 2 people live here we have a hot water on demand a front load washer a drinking water system with bottled water delivered and no outside hose due to the weather I was emailed back stating they would check in to the matter and get back to me but it's been over a month and have had no resolution to the 225.00 water bill and no information on their findings
