Issues with Waterworks and the amount being charged for service for 2 people I contacted the Asset development Group and never received a call back. So I emailed and asked for resolution they responded they would look into things but have never returned an email or a call and have not submitted me with a resolution to the outrageous charge for useage of over 13,000 gallons of water which is impossible given the appliances I have in my home and my usage the month before and after seeing as how nothing had changed.

I have called and left messages to Asset many times... I finally got a call back from Mark that he would look in to the charges for sewer and why they were two times as much as the water coming in.. . Still waiting.

Also I have been asking now through 4 managers that 2 dead pine trees be taken down before they fall into my home like we had a few years ago with a maple tree that fell onto our garage and home.

Thanks to Bill and the Concord board for listening to our concerns.

I am writing to you with a concern of ours on our dangerous driveway. Lot #133. I will also be sending this to Asset Management as a request to fix this concern of ours.

Asset Management:

My husband has a handicap, we have a ramp and he uses a walker. It is very hard for him to navigate on our driveway because it is cracked and raised 4 inches in one area, sunk in others, and broken in many others because of a pine tree root and 40 years of winters.(We have to use a 2x4 to drive into our driveway.)

We have been in Spacious since 2016 and dealt with the shoveling and inconveniences then, but since 2018 when Glenn had his stroke it has been very hard for him.

We would like your help in fixing the parcel that we rent from you. Estimates of $3500, $3800, and $4000 were submitted to Mark and Joe. (90ft by 12ft.) The first quote, $3500, is the one we would use. We have a neighbor across the street (#108) that had his driveway done by him and he did a great job!

Asset Management should be replacing 40 year old driveways that are in need, as part of our rent. We are asking you to fix this problem and not drag it out forever, AVOID ANY ACCIDENTS, and make this work for both of us. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.

I have pictures of our driveway that you can request.
