The special budget hearing of the Concord Town Board will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Concord Community Center.

 

The agenda is as follows:

  1. Roll Call
  2. Certification of compliance with the Open Meeting Law
  3. Approval of the agenda
  4. Review the Proposed 2023 Budget & Long-Range Capital Plan
  5. Local Town Residents Vote to Approve Resolution 11.16.2022.1 approved by the Town Board on 10/19/22.
    1. Whereas, the increasing costs to our town our increasing at a rate greater than our allowable tax levy increase of approximately 1.5%.

Now, therefore be it further resolved that the board approves to increase the tax levy by $35,689 above the allowable limit similar to 2020 and 2021.
